Boot camp Saturday
Saturday mornings 9 am (don’t be late). We head off to train the house down!
You will be pushed to your limits. You will be treated like a fighter. You will train so hard you will think you’re a fighter. This workout consists of plyometric training, calisthenics, hill training, sprint work, weights and tyre flipping. You name it. Every Saturday is different.

Steve Guinane teaches all fight classes and some Thai and cardio boxing classes. He has been training in Muay Thai for eleven years. He has had ten fights with eight wins. During his time as a fighter he obtained the NSW Title in the super welter weight category.
